Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Ctech Communications Ltd. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from our physical store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
There is no minimum age restriction for purchasing from Ctech Communications. However, customers are expected to be capable of entering into a binding agreement under Nigerian law.
These terms apply to all purchases made online at ctechcommunications.com and in-store at our Abuja location.

Products & Descriptions
We sell two categories of products:
New Products
Brand new, factory-sealed products sourced from authorised suppliers. All new products are 100% genuine and come with a Ctech warranty of up to 2 months (see Section 7).
UK Used Products
Pre-owned products imported from the United Kingdom. These are in excellent working condition and are clearly labelled as "UK used" on their product listings. UK-used products do not carry a warranty and are sold as-is.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or specification may occur due to display settings or product updates by manufacturers. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a return.

Pricing & Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
Payment Methods
- Card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via Paystack
- Bank transfers
- USSD payments
All payments must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched. We do not currently offer instalment or payment plan options.
We do not accept payment outside of our official checkout or directly to personal bank accounts not verified on our website. Be wary of anyone claiming to represent Ctech and requesting payment via unofficial channels.
Section 5
Orders & Cancellations
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The product is out of stock after the order was placed.
- We suspect fraudulent activity.
- Payment cannot be verified.
- An error in pricing or product description was made on our website.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 24–72 hours.
Customer-initiated cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at +234 902 131 8262 if you need to cancel.
Section 6
Delivery
We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria. Estimated delivery times are:
- Abuja (FCT): Same day or next day.
- Outside Abuja: 3–5 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, weather, or logistics partner delays. Ctech is not liable for late delivery caused by such factors.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Ctech is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
In-store pickup is available at Suit C15 Emab Plaza, Abuja during business hours.
Section 7
Warranty
New Products
All new products sold by Ctech Communications carry a warranty of up to 2 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
The warranty is void under the following circumstances:
- Physical damage to the product (including cracks, dents, broken screens, or liquid damage).
- Tampering, unauthorised repair, or modification of the product.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Normal wear and tear.
UK Used Products
UK-used products do not carry any warranty. They are sold in their current condition and all sales are final, except in the case of wrong item delivery or delivery damage (see Section 8).
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@ctechcommunications.com with your order details and a description of the fault.
Section 8
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- The product arrived with physical damage caused by our delivery agents.
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Upon approval of a return, refunds are processed within 24–72 hours. Customers may choose between a cash refund to their original payment method or store credit.

Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Ctech Communications Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
- Loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.
- Damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.
Our total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, design, and code — is the property of Ctech Communications Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Ctech Communications Ltd.
Section 11
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
