Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, card payments (Visa & Mastercard) via Paystack, and USSD payments. All transactions are processed securely through Paystack.

Do you offer installment or payment plans?

Not at the moment. All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipment. We may introduce installment options in the future — follow our social media pages for updates.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, one of Nigeria's most trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never store your card details on our servers.

Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria. Our physical store is located at Suit C15 Emab Plaza, Abuja. You're also welcome to pick up your order in person.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Abuja (FCT): Same day or next day delivery.
  • Outside Abuja: 3–5 working days.

Delays may occur during public holidays or due to logistics disruptions outside our control.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us directly at +234 902 131 8262 or support@ctechcommunications.com for a status update.

Product Authenticity
Are your products 100% genuine?

Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine. We do not deal in counterfeit, cloned, or grey-market products. New products come with valid warranties, and UK-used products are clearly labelled as such.

What is the difference between "new" and "UK used" products?

New products are brand new, factory sealed, and come with a manufacturer or Ctech warranty of up to 2 months (provided there is no physical damage).

UK used products are pre-owned items imported from the UK. They are in excellent working condition but do not carry a warranty. This is clearly stated on each product listing.

Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns under two conditions only:

  • You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • The product arrived with physical damage caused by our delivery agents.

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Do new products come with a warranty?

Yes. All new products come with a warranty of up to 2 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty is void if there is any physical damage to the product. UK-used products do not carry a warranty.
