Valid Reasons for a Return
1 Wrong Item Delivered
If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full return and replacement or refund. You must report this within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will cover all shipping costs in this scenario — both the return and the re-delivery.
2 Physical Damage Caused by Delivery
If your product arrives with physical damage that was clearly caused by our delivery agents or the shipping process, you qualify for a return. You must report this within 24 hours of receiving the item, with photographic evidence where possible. We handle the return shipping.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or damage caused after delivery. Returns reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose between:
- Cash refund — processed back to your original payment method within 24–72 hours of approval.
- Store credit — credited to your account for use on a future purchase.
You must indicate your preferred option when initiating the return.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Wrong item received: Ctech covers all shipping costs in both directions.
- Damaged on arrival: Ctech covers the return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of receiving your replacement or refund delivery.
There are no product exclusions — all items are eligible for returns under the qualifying conditions above.
Warranty Coverage
New Products
All new products sold by Ctech Communications come with a warranty of up to 2 months from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and faults that arise under normal use. The warranty is void if:
- There is any physical damage to the product (cracks, dents, liquid damage).
- The product has been tampered with or repaired by a non-authorised party.
- The damage resulted from misuse or negligence.
UK Used Products
UK-used (pre-owned) products are clearly labelled as such on our listings and do not carry any warranty. They are sold in excellent working condition but are purchased as-is. We encourage customers to inspect all products thoroughly upon delivery.
